eFoam

Mega Master Technology’s eFoam products,crosslinked PE foam, have obtained Eco Label (the certificate of environmental-friendly product) of categories 1 and 2, and meet the European Common Market RoHS requirements. It is produced with clean production processes that emphasizing on the restraints of air, water, waste, toxicant, odor, noise and radiation. eFoam,the crosslinked pe foam has high weather-resistance and easy workability that provides the customers with the best quality and performance that effectively reduces the material and production costs.

Product Form:
We supply PE foam in rolls,. Length of each roll can be customized to meet customer’s requirement. The pe foam product can also be provided in sheet form when requested.

Standard Applications:
Waterproof, heat shielding, thermal insulation, cushioning, shock absorption, sound-proof, damp-proof, light weight, dew resistant.
Specific Applications:
odor-free, EM-resistant, hygienic, high temperature stability, fire-proof, electrical insulation, electrical conductive, antistatic.
